Who is Avand for?

Avand is built for Australian mental health practitioners who want help drafting session documentation. It supports your administrative workflow; clinical interpretation and decisions remain with you.

How does the note drafting work?

Avand transcribes a recording and generates structured draft documentation. You check the detail, edit it and approve what belongs in the record. Intelligent systems can make mistakes, so practitioner review is essential.

What do I need to do before recording?

Obtain and document your patient's consent. Avand stores the consent status you record and does not capture or verify consent itself. Our patient consent template is a starting point to adapt to your practice.

Is clinical content used to train intelligent models?

Your clinical content is not used to train or fine-tune intelligent models. Read the Privacy Policy for the details of intelligent processing and data handling.

Can I try Avand before choosing a paid plan?

The free plan includes 10 sessions per month, with a maximum session length of 30 minutes. Paid plans increase those limits. Compare the plans to see which matches the sessions you run.
